Masking Unit Number ID
When adding a new unit. the option is given to mask the ID number. This is to avoid theft and prevent vandalism.
Step 1: Click “Login”
Click the “Login” link at the top of the home page.
Step 2: Enter Email and Password
Once you have entered your email and password, click “Login”.
Step 3: Click “My Storage Auctions”
Be sure to click “SUBMIT” once all necessary fields have been input
Step 4: Scroll to “Disclose unit number on website?”
Step 5: Click “Use Mask ID”
By Clicking “Mask Unit ID”, this will give the unit a fake ID.
This is designed for users that are cautious of units being stolen or vandalized.
Note: It is not possible to edit and mask an existing/active unit.
Step 6: Click “Add Unit”
